I don't have any very strong views, just because I haven't had a chance to look properly yet, but I have seen quite a few people I respect, if not change their mind on the Testimonium Flavianum, say that Schmidt's argument is reasonable. And it does handle what would be the most obvious objection to me, namely Origen's commentary on it.
